International Refund & Returns Notice

Thank you for shopping with Keyz N Thingz. We want to make your international shopping experience as smooth as possible.

Refunds for Restricted or Refused Items:

Some products cannot be shipped to your country due to local import restrictions (e.g., supplements, internal-use items, raw herbs). If any of your ordered items are restricted or refused by customs, we will automatically process a full refund for those items. You do not need to contact us to initiate this refund.

Customs Delays or Refusals:

Customs authorities may delay or reject shipments for regulatory reasons. Keyz N Thingz cannot control customs decisions. If your order is returned to us, restricted items will be refunded, and any eligible shipping fees may also be reimbursed.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

If your international order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery confirmation with photos or proof. We will work with you and the courier to provide a replacement or refund.

How to Request a Return (for eligible items only):

1. Ensure the item is unused, sealed, and in original packaging.
2. Emailkeyznthingz@gmail.com with your order number and reason for  return.
3. Follow the instructions provided for international shipping. Customers are responsible for
return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
