Return Policy
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, unless the item arrives damaged during shipping.
To be eligible for a replacement due to damage:
• You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery
• Provide clear photos of the damaged item and packaging
• The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition
We reserve the right to refuse any return or replacement request that does not meet these criteria.
Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed in the order they are received. Standard processing time is 2–3 business days, not including weekends or holidays.
Keyz N Thingz is not responsible for delays caused by:
• Shipping carriers (e.g., USPS, UPS, etc.)
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses
• Weather disruptions or natural events
Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages sent to the wrong address due to customer error.

If you are in the Inglewood, CA area, local in-store pickup may be available for select orders.
To request in-store pickup:
• Select “Pickup” at checkout (if available)
• Wait for a confirmation email before arriving

3. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. In-store pickup is available at our Inglewood, CA location. Choose “Pickup” at checkout and wait for a confirmation email before arriving. Bring your order confirmation and an ID.

4. What if I entered the wrong shipping address?
We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses due to customer error. Please double-check your shipping details before placing an order. Orders cannot be refunded or reshipped under these circumstances.
5. Are your products FDA-approved?
Our products are handmade with natural and holistic ingredients. They are not evaluated by the FDA and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. However, many of the ingredients we use are supported by traditional use and research for their wellness benefits. We encourage customers to consult with a healthcare professional and do their own research when needed.
6. Can I use these products while pregnant or nursing?

Note: All products are considered safe for pregnancy except our Detox Herbs and Oil of Oregano.
